Gatka (Sikh Martial Art)
- Weekly Group Sessions – 1 Hour
- Age: 6+ and open to adults
- Fitness, agility & spiritual grounding all-in-one
- Separate coaching for boys and girls if needed
- Weapons and safety gear provided by the academy
Boxing
- Weekly Group sessions – 45–60 Minutes
- Ages: 7+ (Kids, Youth & Adults)
- All equipment provided (gloves, wraps, pads, etc.)
- Boys and girls grouped accordingly for comfort
- Option to join self-defence and fitness bootcamps
Kick Boxing
- Weekly Group sessions – 45–60 Minutes
- Ages: 7+ (Kids, Youth & Adults)
- Level: Beginners & all fitness levels welcome
- Gear: Gloves, pads & protection provided (bring yours if preferred)
- Separate coaching for boys and girls available
Martial Arts
- Weekly Group sessions – 45–60 Minutes
- Ages: 6+ (Kids, Youth & Adults)
- Levels: Beginner-friendly, all levels welcome
- Uniform not required for beginners (guidance provided)
- Incorporates calmness, focus, and values from Sikhi
Wrestling
- Weekly Sessions – 1 Hour
- For boys and youth aged 7 and above.
- Includes discipline, focus & Gurmat-based mindset
- Comfortable clothing required (shorts/tracksuit & top)
- Opportunities for academy competitions and demo events
