What You’ll Do in Class

  • Full-body warm-up and mobility routines
  • Strength-building using bodyweight, resistance bands, or light weights
  • Cardio workouts to improve stamina and burn calories

  • Flexibility and stretching routines to release tension
  • Cooldown & breathwork to relax and reset

Exercises can be adapted to your age, fitness level, or injuries.
